Return policy:

We do not allow returns. In case of damaged goods received, we issue refund.

Eligibility for refund:

In case of damaged products received, please send the complaint email on shraddhaenterprises321@gmail.com within 24hours of receiving the product. Complaints placed after the time window are not accepted.

Refund: 

If approved, the refund shall be processes within 7-15 working days to the original payment method.
